Not all methods of exercising are going to get the best results for leanness.Some ways to get rid of fat are listed below. These are simple but effective in burning fatty tissue. These are also good six pack ab exercises.
These exercises can be done as one large series.
1. Dumb bell squats.
Do a split squat stance and lower your hips straight down and push up with your front leg to rise up. This is going to be felt in your lower body hot area as well as in your upper back.
You’ll want to get the repetitions out of the way for your left before you do your right.
2. Get out the exercise sphere and do push-ups with your hands on it instead of on the floor.You’ll get your abdominals as well as your chest with this one.
Take a break and then move on to the next pair.
The upper rear of your torso and your abdominals will be covered wtih these.
1. Benched rows with dumb bells. This will be poular on any weight loss forum.
Put your chest facing the inclined back and bring the dumbbells toward you in a rowing motion. This is great to work out your higher back area.
2. Climbing mountains across your body is next.
In pushup posture pull your right knee up to your left elbow, return to start position and then bring your left knee up to your right elbow.You’ll feel the effect of this on your obliques.Do this set twice after you get done with a short break.
You’re in luck today because you get an extra pair of exercises you can try as an alternative.
1. Erect one handed presses with a dumb bell.This will take you out of the red zone.Press one bell as you keep your abs braced with the other one.
2. Use the ball to get in a jack knifed plank with the bench.
Get each foot on the sphere and rest with your elbows. Hold. Take a minute’s break and do this set again if you have enough time.
